Camille holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development, a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, a Leadership Coaching certification from Harvard University, and a DEI practitioner certification from Cornell University. She has shaped leaders at every level — from the boardroom to the classroom —having served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology — one of the nation's top engineering universities — and as a senior architect of DEI learning strategy for one of the world's leading research universities.
